Hello there! Hopefully you’re reading this because you share my passion for new business. People can spend thirty years learning this craft, and I figured this blog is one way to enjoy the journey. It also lets us share/gain expertise, and meet some folks along the way.
I run Thunderclap Consulting Group, a boutique that helps service firms develop new business, bringing more than 20 years of client and agency brand-building experience to the pursuit. Before starting Thunderclap, I worked at a variety of agencies, including FCB, Ogilvy, WestWayne (now 22squared), and Noble; both in new business and account management.
With time, I hope this blog will demonstrate some of the learnings from over 200 pitches that span the continuum of client size, targets, and marketing communication disciplines.
